Pfefferle Management Promotes Jill Wheelock to Director of Operations – Facility Management
APPLETON, WI – September 15, 2026 – Pfefferle Management is pleased to announce the promotion of Jill Wheelock to Director of Operations – Facility Management.
Wheelock has been a valued member of the Pfefferle Management team since 2008 and brings more than 18 years of experience in property and facilities management. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in overseeing day-to-day building operations, lease administration, tenant relations, preventive maintenance programs, and vendor coordination for a diverse portfolio of properties throughout Wisconsin.
In her new role, Wheelock will provide operational leadership for Pfefferle Management’s facility management services, supporting property performance, client satisfaction, and strategic growth initiatives. Her experience spans medical, industrial, office, government, and commercial properties, providing a broad foundation for managing complex facilities and delivering exceptional service.
Wheelock has also been instrumental in the development and construction oversight of numerous Dollar General locations throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. Her attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to providing outstanding service have earned the respect of clients, tenants, vendors, and colleagues alike.
