I worked at Pfefferle Management as a housekeeper from 1993 – 2006. Throughout this time accumulating many lifelong friends along the way. In 2022 I have decided to return to Pfefferle Management in the same capacity. Pfefferle is not just a company to me, it feels like returning home to my family after being away for a long time.

I joined the Pfefferle Companies team in 2015. Coming from manufacturing accounting, I was new to the real estate business, everyone at Pfefferle was very helpful as I continue to learn about commercial property management. All Pfefferle employees are important, there are many times the President of the company will make a point to thank us for an extra effort, or simply to say “Good Morning”.

Currently, I am a full-time housekeeper. I began as a part-time employee back in 2018 and since then I enjoy working at Pfefferle. I love what I do and my manager, Amanda, is always kind and helpful when addressing my needs. My job is very important to me and I show my gratitude by taking pride in my work. I like that the company shows that they care about their employees by offering great benefits like health insurance, vacation time and paid holidays.

I have been working with Pfefferle Management since 2017. The company gives you a lot of freedom to do a good job and yet, if you need help there are always people that can jump in. The company is a family run business and it shows – albeit well past retirement age, the owner still comes into work a few times a week! I enjoy working here and being able to add new properties from Apartments, to Condominiums, and HOA’s – they all bring different challenges but are always fun.

I have worked for Pfefferle Management for 5 years. This company is family oriented and understanding to the needs of their customers and employees. I am a housekeeper and love what I do. I work with a really nice team of housekeepers, everyone is friendly and always willing to help. I like that the people in the office address me by my name. I am not just an employee, I am part of the Pfefferle Pfamily.

Reasons I LOVE my Pfefferle career: Flexible scheduling. Discretion to make decisions and do the job as I feel the customer wants/needs it done. Performing a wide range of services to a variety of different clients, it is never the “same old same old”. Periodic unexpected bonuses or perks. I really enjoy what I do and it feels more like a partnership than a job.

I have been with Pfefferle for 2 years, in Residential, doing housekeeping of vacant apartment units as well as cleaning of common areas of some of the properties. My success with the company comes with the many relationships built over time with the clients we service. At Pfefferle, they make you feel valued as an employee. A family oriented company with an amazing work/home balance. A great company to be part of!

Joined Pfefferle Companies 2018. My job stress level has gone down considerably from my previous employment and I enjoy the people I work with.

I am a maintenance technician / door and hardware specialist for Pfefferle Management. I've not worked for a company until Pfefferle that truly cares about my family my well-being and our community like they've shown. I can walk into anyone's office anytime just to say "hi" and the conversation usually goes directly to "how are things and family" before bringing up work. The first person to visit me (before 8am) other than a relative after my heart surgery was one of our CEO's. Makes for a family type atmosphere. I have examples of heart-felt things that I could not have imagined that Pfefferle has done for me.

Aside from a two-year hiatus living in California, I have worked for Pfefferle Companies since 2007. First as a broker/admin assistant in the Green Bay office for 11.5 years and now as a condo/HOA manager in the Appleton office. I was very pleased to see that upon my return from California, a position was open with the company. It’s important to me that it’s a family run company and you’re not just a number as an employee, you’re like family. I love my coworkers!

I’ve been employed as a Maintenance Technician since 2009 and plan to stay till I can’t work anymore due to my age. Excellent family run business who totally cares about their employees. They hired me, told me what was expected, and have supported me but never micromanaged. My job has grown and changed over the years, keeping it challenging which I enjoy, and they are always available to provide backup if needed. I feel Very fortunate to have found this company in my later years and only wish I could have started sooner.

I enjoy working as a Property Manager at Pfefferle Management because every day is different. From showing properties to writing up leases, it’s fun to get out into the community and spread the word on why our area is a great place to live and work.

I joined Pfefferle Management, as a Resident Services Coordinator for a luxury apartment complex. Knowing very little about property management, Pfefferle has not only provided me with the leadership and support to allow me to foster and grow within the position, but empowers me with the freedom to make decisions. Pfefferle treats each and every employee as an asset to the company and my colleagues continue to inspire me with their motivation, talent and attention to every detail. Being a part of the Pfefferle Management team is truly an enriching experience and I am thankful that they have provided me the tools and resources needed to excel in Residential Services.

I originally started as a part-time employee but after a short time I fell in love with this organization that I desired to become a bigger and larger part of this “family”. They have made me feel appreciated and have treated me with the utmost of respect – always desiring to help me understand situations when I was at a loss without making feel like I was incompetent. They continually praise and encourage my ideas and efforts to bring information to the Property Owners. In all the 35 years I have been practicing accounting I have never worked for a Company that has daily made me look forward to going to work.

I’ve worked with Pfefferle Management since 2011 and sincerely wish I would have found them many years sooner. Everyone is part of the team and we all embrace strong ethical values. My skills and talents are recognized and I’ve been granted opportunities to grow within the company. I am valued as an employee and also as a person.
