Pfefferle Management recognizes that medical facilities require a specialized approach to maintenance and operational compliance. We work closely with the Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association (WHEA) and other leading medical organizations to ensure our programs meet the rigorous standards required of healthcare environments.

From outpatient clinics to complex surgical centers, our professional property management team provides the technical expertise and regulatory oversight necessary to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient medical facility.
