Taylor Schwarm is a Multi-Family Department Manager in Property Management with nearly nine years of experience in the industry. She focuses on resolving resident concerns, maintaining strong occupancy, and creating a positive experience for both residents and property owners. With a strong emphasis on communication and organization, Taylor helps ensure properties run smoothly day to day.

Taylor currently leads the HOA, Condo, and Multi-Family department at Pfefferle Management, overseeing a portfolio of over 2,100 units across apartments, condominiums, and commercial spaces. She manages a team of 10, including property managers, maintenance staff, and accounting, and works closely with her team to keep things moving while also supporting their growth.

She takes pride in building strong, trusting relationships with clients and owners by keeping them informed and working through challenges as they come up. Taylor understands that no two days in property management are the same and approaches situations with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.

Taylor’s career began in Sheboygan, WI, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. After graduating, she moved back to the Green Bay area near her hometown of Sobieski, WI, and now lives in Appleton, WI. Early in her career, she managed a portfolio of 65 properties, including both residential and commercial units, along with a variety of tax credit and housing programs.

Over the years, Taylor has worked across several different housing programs, giving her a strong understanding of how to navigate different requirements and property types. That experience continues to shape how she approaches her work today.

Her goal is to continue building a strong team while helping the department grow
and succeed long-term. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her 5-year-old golden retriever, Torque, along with friends and family.
