Jill Wheelock joined Pfefferle Companies in 2008 and brings more than 18 years of comprehensive experience in property and facilities management. Throughout her career, Jill has demonstrated strong operational leadership, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to effectively oversee diverse facility portfolios while ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.

In her role, Jill provides strategic and operational oversight across all aspects of facility management, including building operations, lease administration, tenant and client relations, preventive maintenance, capital improvements, vendor management, and general repairs. She works closely with technicians, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Jill has played a significant role in the development and construction of Dollar General locations throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota, contributing to the successful execution and ongoing management of these facilities. She currently oversees an impressive and diverse portfolio of properties throughout the Fox Cities and beyond, including locations in Appleton, Grand Chute, Neenah, and Brookfield, Wisconsin. Her experience spans medical, industrial, commercial office, government, and other specialized facilities, providing her with a broad understanding of the unique operational requirements of a wide range of property types.

A strong communicator and detail-oriented leader, Jill excels at building productive relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, contractors, and team members.
