Carey Duckett joined Pfefferle Management in 2024 as a Multi-Family Accountant, bringing more than a decade of experience in full-cycle, GAAP-compliant accounting for diverse real estate portfolios. Her expertise includes commercial and residential property accounting, with a strong focus on month-end close processes, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow management.

Known for her attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy, Carey oversees accounting operations for a portfolio of 29 individual LLCs. She plays a key role in annual audit preparation and works closely with property owners and board members to support financial objectives and ensure sound fiscal management.

Before joining Pfefferle Management, Carey held accounting and finance positions with Port Supply & Management, Ltd., Prime Urban Properties, LLC, Sara Investment Real Estate, LLC, and organizations within the hospitality industry. These experiences have provided her with a broad foundation in financial management, operational accounting, and real estate portfolio administration.

Outside of work, Carey enjoys cooking, traveling, glamping in the Eagle River area, hunting, and spending quality time with her grandchildren.
