Allaina brings more than 15 years of property accounting experience to Pfefferle Management. Prior to joining the company, she spent six years as a Senior Property Accountant with Carteret Management Corporation in Florida, where she was responsible for strengthening internal controls, managing multi-state sales tax reporting, supporting interim and annual audits, and training and mentoring fellow accounting professionals.

Earlier in her career, Allaina held accounting, banking, and accounts payable leadership roles with WRH Realty Services and FirstService Residential. Her extensive experience within the property management industry has provided her with a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes.

She is also experienced with several industry platforms, including RealPage, Yardi, MRI, and JD Edwards.

Allaina earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. As Lead Residential Property Accountant, she brings her depth of accounting experience, attention to detail, and industry knowledge to the Pfefferle Management team.

Outside of work, Allaina enjoys expressing her creativity through jewelry making and designing custom fabric embellishments. She also has a strong interest in learning new technology, particularly AI, and enjoys sharing her knowledge and discoveries with others in her community.
