With over a decade of experience in property management, Kurt Kutska brings extensive hands-on knowledge in construction, maintenance, and residential property operations. He began his career as a maintenance technician, building a strong foundation in property upkeep and repair, and later expanded his expertise as a leasing agent, gaining valuable experience in tenant relations and leasing processes.

Today, Kurt serves in a hybrid Property Manager/Maintenance Technician role within Pfefferle Management’s Residential Department. He manages Zuelke Apartments, Harbor Lofts, and Trails Edge, while also providing maintenance support at Zuelke, Harbor Lofts, North Evergreen, and occasionally Trails Edge. In addition to his daily responsibilities, Kurt actively supports his colleagues by sharing his technical knowledge and assisting other maintenance technicians as needed. He takes great pride in ensuring properties operate efficiently and are well maintained.

Hardworking, respectful, and dependable, Kurt is committed to continuous learning and delivering high-quality service to both residents and team members.

Outside of work, Kurt is a passionate football enthusiast who enjoys golfing and friendly competition. He values time with his family, including his wife, six children, and one grandchild, who remain the center of his life.
