Todd Platt provides development consulting services to clients of Grubb & Ellis | Pfefferle. In addition, he creates new brokerage opportunities for Grubb & Ellis | Pfefferle, and new property management services for Pfefferle Management through commercial real estate projects he pursues and develops. Todd is an investor/part owner of several real estate development projects. He is responsible for a number of development management services including financial analysis and management, coordination of financing and legal services, construction management, and marketing activities. Todd is also actively involved with building spec and contract single family homes. |

| Todd has experience providing market research, financial analysis, site
selection, land planning and development services to clients, as well
as initiating, coordinating, managing, and brokering land development
and residential construction projects for various partnerships. Previously Todd conducted market research, acquired development sites, and obtained project approvals for upscale retirement/assisted living communities in Rhode Island, Virginia, Florida, Indiana and Illinois. He also acquired, developed, and marketed a large subdivision development in Ann Arbor, Michigan, which was subsequently featured in Professional Builder Magazine. Education |
