Pfefferle Management is a full-service property management company that offers all the services necessary to properly meet your facility needs. Pfefferle offers full time maintenance staff on call throughout the year. Through today's latest technology, Pfefferle utilizes a software program that assures property scheduled preventative maintenance programs in addition to routine maintenance requests for assignment and billing purposes. In addition, Pfefferle has a landscape and plantscape division to assist with both interior and exterior curb appeal. Pfefferle also has a fully staffed janitorial division to address common area and tenant space needs. Pfefferle also provides administrative functions from rent collection and billing paying to our own in-house legal counsel. All these services can be provided based on the owner's desire and needs to efficiently manage all building types. Although we can provide many services in-house, we obtain other bids for professional services in order to provide the client with a reliable and cost-effective service. Along with having our own qualified personnel on staff, Pfefferle has a very good rapport with many of the reputable vendors in the area to assist and bid on projects when needed.
