As manager of the residential division of Pfefferle Management, Jim is responsible for attracting new business and overseeing the management of apartments, residential-commercial mix properties, some office and 25 condominium associations. Jim also serves as an advisor to condominium developers.

1970-present as licensed Wisconsin real estate broker with some experience in residential sales and management, commercial brokerage, and 25 years in the field of commercial and residential management.
