The documentation process is a detailed collection of data and information on the physical assets such as the HVAC system, roofs, parking lots and other facility equipment. Pfefferle will provide you with a documented resource, which is referred to as the "property information book". This documented resource will be used to assist in the implementation of the recommendations as outlined in a property inspection. It will also be the main resource in ongoing management of your property.
